Grand Marshal Reception - Passing of the Shillelagh

Join us on Tues. March 5th from 5-8 pm in the lobby of the Hotel Utica for the cermonial "Passing of the Shillelagh". The 2012 Grand Marshal Patrick Costello will pass the stick to this year's Honoree Russell E. Brooks II. A $10 parade donation will entitle all attendees to some food and drink, entertainment by the Blarney Rebel Band, as well as the ceremonial functions.
